Getting to Whidbey Island

Whidbey Island is approximately a 2-2.5 hour drive from Seattle Tacoma International Airport. For guests traveling into Seattle, we’d highly recommend arriving on or before Friday, September 18th to spend the night in the city to have plenty of time to travel to Whidbey Island. You’ve got a few options once you’re in Seattle!

1. Group transportation (to be confirmed) (2 hr)

   • We’re working to arrange chartered boat or bus transportation directly from Seattle to Captain Whidbey on Friday afternoon. More details to come!
     
     

2. Drive + ferry (1.5 - 2.5 hr)

   • Drive to Mukilteo, WA. Ride the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry to Whidbey Island. Drive to Captain Whidbey.

   • 45 min drive to Mukilteo, 30 min ferry ride, 20 min drive to Captain Whidbey. Ferry service is every half-hour. Total travel duration is dependent on ferry wait times.
     
     

3. Drive directly (2 hr)
